Currently there is a national shortage of intravenous fluids. In order to support hospitals and surgery centers, we are temporarily pausing orders from our vendors for intravenous solutions until the shortage improves.
The silver lining? We do have some fluids in our existing inventory and will continue to offer services until these supplies are exhausted.

While many patients report feeling improved wellness from IV Hydration and Infused Vitamins, these services are not intended to replace or serve as primary treatment for any health issues.
Participation in IV Hydration and Infused Vitamin service is entirely voluntary and available to patients at their own request and requires signing informed consent. Vitamin Infusions and Injections should not be used as a substitute for comprehensive primary care or medical treatment. It is highly recommended that you consult with your primary healthcare provider before starting any IV Hydration or Infused Vitamin services to discuss potential contraindications based on your personal medical history, medications, or underlying conditions.
Please note that scheduling and receiving IV Hydration/Vitamin Infusion and Injection appointments from our practice does not establish our practice or provider as your PCP (primary care provider). If you wish to engage with our practice for primary care services, this must be done and maintained through New Patient and/or Follow-Up Appointments for Primary Care. While we maintain HIPAA compliant records for all patients, please note IV Hydration and Infused Vitamin services are NOT connected with our primary care EHR system, MEDENT, or Rochester RHIO. Only patients accessing primary care services with our practice are able to use the MEDENT patient portal. We maintain a separate EHR system for IV Hydration and Infused Vitamin Services through Charm Health.
