Kelly M. Farrow, MS, RN, FNP-BC, AAHIVS, is a highly experienced Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of expertise in HIV treatment and prevention. At the University of Rochester Medical Center’s AIDS Center, she provided care to hundreds of individuals living with HIV and is now excited to bring her expertise to a comfortable primary care practice setting. Kelly specializes in creating personalized treatment plans, managing co-infections such as hepatitis B and C, and implementing HIV prevention strategies like PrEP and PEP. Passionate about advancing care standards, integrating innovative therapies, and educating both providers and patients, Kelly is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care that fosters trust and improves outcomes.​​
