Preventative Self-Exam Links

Our primary lab is URMC Labs; however, you can have your lab work drawn at any lab that suits you best. If you inform us of your preferred lab, we will fax the orders directly to them. Additionally, a copy of the lab order will be uploaded to your portal in case you opt for a different facility.

If you choose a lab other than the lab we faxed your orders to, please send us a message through the patient portal or a text. This will help us make sure we get the results in a timely fashion.
